| This superb modern semi-detached villa has the luxury of being on a small impressive complex with amenities on site (two swimming pools, restaurant, bar and supermarket), as well as being tucked nicely away in the hillside, just a mile away from the hustle and bustle of the centre of Peniscola and its vast stretches of sandy beaches.
Gardens and sun terraces surround the villa, with sun beds, table/chairs and bar-b-cue. Steps lead to the balcony where you’ll find an additional table and chairs. The villa is on two levels. There are two sets of French doors on the lower level leading into the spacious lounge, with sky TV and DVD. There’s a fully fitted kitchen (including microwave and fridge/freezer) and also two double bedrooms (one is a twin) and a family size bathroom on this level. Stairs lead to the first floor where there’s a further double bedroom, additional family bathroom and a small balcony with views across the mountains. The villa will sleep 6/8 people. We’ve taken great care with the décor and furnishings to create a stylish and welcoming interior. And an additional must for the summer months is the fact that it has air conditioning. Prices quoted are for the accommodation per week and start from as little as £395. There are no under occupancy charges.
