This impressive modern semi-detached house has the luxury of being on a small impressive complex with amenities on site (two swimming pools, restaurant, bar and supermarket), as well as being tucked nicely away in the hillside, just a mile away from the hustle and bustle of the centre of Peniscola and its vast stretches of sandy beaches. 

Gardens surround the house and garage and there’s additional parking available too.  The house is on three levels. On the lower level you’ll find a spacious lounge, with TV and DVD.  There’s a large fully fitted kitchen (including microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher) and spacious dining area.  On the next level you’ll find two double bedrooms (one is a twin) and a family size bathroom.  Stairs lead to the third level where there’s a further double bedroom and family bathroom – the house sleeps 6/8.  There’s also the added benefit of a washing machine in the garage.

We’ve taken great care with the décor and furnishings to create a stylish and welcoming interior.  And an additional must for the summer months is the fact that it has air conditioning and central heating if you’re planning an ‘out of season’ visit to the area.
